You have to know where you're going, how you're going to there, and what to expect when you arrive. This session conducted by Carol Anderson, Anderson/Fallon and Beth Burgy, Broadhead + Company, will provide some useful hints and hands-on activities to give you the upper hand in the plan development process.

A Year in the Life of a Producer
Paul Elgorriaga

Step into a producer’s boots without having to head to the farm. This session will cover the events a producer endures throughout the year.

Paul Elgorriaga was born and raised in the fertile central valley of California. Through the years his family has diversified from a simple sheep operation to one that includes a cow-calf operation and a custom harvesting business. He helps with the sheep and owns a few cows but his main contribution is to the harvesting. Since graduating from California Sate University, Fresno Paul has devoted his efforts to the entire operation with his main focus on the repair facility that services both the livestock and harvesting businesses.
