NAMA Blank Flyer: blank no marks: Use this template to customize your membership recruitment efforts. Just print out in color on white paper, type up what you want to say in Word and then print with the flyer as your "letterhead."

Budget Approval Form: The North Central Chapter shared this form for other chapters to use. It is typically submitted to the chapter treasurer to request reimbursement and/or track expenses.

Succession Template: This template was found at It’s an interactive tool that chapters can use to plan for leadership succession.

NAMA Bylaws: Bylaws of NAMA.  

NAMA Conflict of Interest Statement & Form: Must be signed by all members of the Board of Directors which includes: Chapter Presidents, National Committee Chairs and Vice Chairs & Executive Committee.

There is a postcard now available for your use in communicating with your members.  The .PDF postcard can be edited to carry your personal message.  Just fill in your message and address, print out the quantity you need and drop them in the mail.
